The Croney Team asked us to design a new listing book for them to leave with prospective clients after a listing presentation. (Listing, for the uninitiated is when a real estate agent lists a property for sale in the multiple listing service. For full-service agents like The Croney Team it's also the process of marketing that home.)

The purpose of the book is to reinforce to points made in the listing presentation, so that as the potential client considers which agent to engage they have something to refer back to.

The book features profiles of the members of the team, data about marketing homes effectively and the techniques employed by The Croney Team as well as instructions for presenting the clients home effectively during showings.
